What We Believe

Ecclesiology is the study of the Church: its nature, ordinances, ministries, mission and government.
           Church has a mission:
Kuriakon “belongs to the Lord” (1 Corinthians 11:20, Revelation 1:10)
Kirk “a place of worship, temple or synagogue” (Acts 5:42, James 2:2)
              Ekklesia “an assembly of people” (Matthew 16:18, 18:17; Acts 2:47, 9:31, 13:1)
             Greek “ck” (out from)
Greek “Kaleo” (the ones called out)
Local church is to rehearse what GOD has done; all to be faithful; believers are to fellowship in     the church  Acts 14:27. Thus we are called to assemble, worship and serve God. And being affiliated with a/your local church requires LABOR!  Hebrews 10:24-25 requires us to provoke one another to good works.
Main mission of Faith Tabernacle WORLD Ministries is to:
       1) Preach
       2) Teach
As declared in the Great Commission in Mark 16:15 “ Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel. To translate the word “preach” in Greek is Kerusso (to herald, proclaim, declare). Euangelizo is to preach the good news.
Mark 16:16-18 identifies what the signs of the Saints should be: to cast out devils, speak in tongues, take up serpents, drink any deadly thing without harm, lay hands on the sick and they will recover.
Luke 24:47-49 emphasizes Repentance and Remission of Sin:
                1) Call to repentance
                2) The gospel of forgiveness
                3) Church preaching in the name of Jesus (Father, Son, Holy Ghost)
